 “Whenever Lynda Faye and I hit the road for a lost weekend, we always end up at a Historic Home somewhere. I am fascinated by the balconies, dormers, sweeping porches, gables, and angles of the older homes. It’s such a contrast to the boxes most homes are made to look like today. And when the home once belonged to a famous writer or painter or sea captain during the Revolutionary War that makes it even more exciting. Here are a few of my favorite Historic Homes.
